Our process produces a range of options and solutions that maximizes the economic, social, and environmental values of the real estate for the property owner, users and community.

First, we review all relevant information related to the property, improvements, parcel and market. We then make professional judgements as to what strengths could be exploited and what weaknesses could be improved. After our property assessment is complete, we brainstorm to create possible courses of action that will maximize the productivity of the property to achieve the owner’s goals.

TMO completes Due Diligence assignment

TMO was hired by a buyer of US distressed commercial real estate loans to underwrite and make an evaluation of the quality of the underlying commercial real estate securing the loan.  The loans being sold were part of the $2B loan sale by Wells Fargo and LNR Property Corp. TMO evaluated three commercial properties in excess of $11M in the Denver and Colorado Springs markets.
